Yesterday, my Mom left on a big fancy plane and went to see her friends in another state. I am home with D.R. and Dad. They said Mom is coming home Saturday. I went to look around the house and make sure it was true, and it is. Rats. Mom went Outside, and now I can't play with her until the weekend. I want her back. I miss u, Mom.
My Dad took me for a walk yesterday, and we saw D.R. get ready to go out in the car. I didn't want to walk until D.R. left. I like the car because sometimes I get to go to the park. :)
I did a lot of extra patrols yesterday. I went into D.R.'s room a bunch of times. She was asleep, and she woke up. Then I went into the kitchen to check for raspberry cookies. They were in a box on the counter, so maybe I will ask Dad for them today.
D.R. got some cupcakes! They are from a new place called Cuppy Cakes. They smell delicious. I went to see what the new smell was, when D.R. got home. She put all the cupcakes in the fridge to keep them fresh. Maybe later, she'll have one for dessert, and I can nom one. Mmmmm! :)

Sorry that you are missing your mom! But she will be back! Mom's need a break sometimes, and it will make her happy so she will come back in good spirits! And hopefully she will bring treats for you!
I like riding in the car, too, because it usually takes me to the dog park. Fun times!

Hi Keisha, your mom will be back soon. Only 3 more sleeps and you guys are 3 hours ahead of us so she'll be home even sooner. Maybe she'll bring you some treats and goodies from another state. Meanwhile there's those cuppy cakes, eh!!!
