Today is Toosdey. I got to go home from Ms. Lori's house! :) My Dad was all done with his visit to Disney World, so he picked me up from the dog-sitter's house. Now I'm back at mah house. Yay! :) Mom and Aunt Mary are still at Disney World, but Mom will be comin home tomorrow. Aunt Mary can only be there one day; that is why they are stayin extra time. Sooo... now I am back. Dad picked me up, and I was so happy, when we got back to our house, I jumped out of the car and started barkin. Yarp yarp! :) I had a good time at Lori's house. I played with other goggies, ran in the yard, barked whenever I wanted, ate some kibble, sleeped sometimes, and even played with the kitteh cat too. It was like a speshul vacashun all my own! :) Ms. Lori is really nice. I am glad to be home, though.


D.R. came home from her second day at her noo job. She said it was really, really hard. :( She had a Sad when she was tryin to read some of the stuff they had to learn. The instructor was really nice, and so were the other folks in the office, but the stuff to learn was so hard, D.R. said she was confoozed almost the whole time. Still, they gived everybody pizza for lunch, which was really good! Yay! :) D.R. was very grateful to have the fud. She wants to get better at the work thingy and will try more betterer. I think she should bring a tennis ball. That always makes me feel good. :)

Today I am goin on a trip. Wow! :) I get to go to Ms. Lori's house. She lives in Spring Hill. She is the dog-sitter I visit whenever Mom and Dad go to Orlando or somethin. It is going to be fun! She has a cat, and there are other dogs visitin Ms. Lori, too. I will get to play in the yard. Dat will be fun! :) I am just gonna be gone a couple of days, then I am comin back. I will see u then. :)


My friend D.R. starts her new job tomorrow! Wow. :) I hope she is really happy there and the snack machine works too. I like chips.


D.R. said she was kinda nervous, but I hope she does not wurry too much. When she comes home, she can take a nice nap, like I always do. There is the couch, if she wants, 'cause I'm not usin it. I hope she puts back my blankey, though. Dat would be good.

Yesterday was so much fun!!! U would not beleev how fun it was. We got to eat lots of turkee!! :) :) The food was yummy and it had graveee. Mmmmmm! Mom cooked it really well. There were vegetables, and stuffins, and lots of other things, too. :) Mmmm. I was happy, because I got to sit next to the table and get little bits of food from all my hooman friends. I even got icing when they had cupcakes! :)


My friends waked up kinda early, and they started watchin the parade in the morning. Dad and I saw some of it on the teevee. It had funny balloons that were really big, and were flyin around in New York. Then we watched some other teevee stuff, like the nooz, until it was time to eat. After we eated our food, we watched some more teevee. Thanksgiving is good because there is so much fun stuff to do. Mom, Dad and D.R. pet me on the head and called me Good Dog a lot, which was the Best Thing. :)


D.R. watched a football game. It was okay. I went into her room, and I checked to see if there was anything interesting over by the wires. She said not to play with dat. Oops. :) D.R. just wants me to be safe. So I went back to see if Mom and Dad had some more snacks to eat. I sat down next to the couch with Dad. He was watchin lots of excitin stuff on the History Channel. Later, Mom watched a show where a lady was singin in a movie. It was good too. I got tired then, and I wanted to rest. I leaned on the carpet. That's nice after a long day.


Plz be careful if u is going shoppin on Friday! Maybe u can order things on the compooter, or wait until Caturday to buy ur stuffs. A good way to order things is to go to I Give.com and pick a charity. That way, nice people like pet shelters get something every time. :) Also, u don't have to get a elbow in ur eye in the parkin lot. :)

Hi there! My name is Keisha. :) Good to see u. Thanks fo readin mah blog. I am glad u are here. :)


My hooman friend has good news. She went to the emploment agency people, and they said she doesn't have to go to her new job until next Mondee, the 29th! :) D.R. is happy. She gets to have Tanksgibbin with her famlee. The people gave her a speshul booklet with information and stuff, and said she could start next week.


D.R. came home, and pet me on the head. She had some cheese and crackers, and I got to have some! Yay! :) Also, I watched teevee on the couch. Mom was readin the paper, and Dad watched the nooz. It was a pretty good aferntoon. :)


Later, D.R. had dinner. She eated some noodles. I got a few! Yummmm. :) They were good. Mom watched "House Hunters," and I got to sit on the couch. She pet me. Yay! That was good. :) The people had nice houses. I like to look at the backyards. It would be fun to run around and sniff all the berry bushes and flowers.


D.R. had some sad nooz, also. :( There was a kitteh that got injured by a car, and it had to go to the Rainbow Bridge. Rest in peace, little guy.


It is almost time for Tanksgibbin. :) Plz consider givin some things to ur local food bank, and the animal shelter, so all the hoomans and critters can have something nice to eat too. Thank u! I hope u has a really fun time too. Bye-byes! :)

My hooman gots a new job! :)

I has some good news! Today we found out that my hooman friend D.R. gotted a new job!! Yay!! :) :) :) She starts on Monday. It is with an employmit agencee, which means it may not last fo-ever, but it should go for at least a few monfs. D.R. is very happy. She is gonna be workin for the mortgage department in a bank. I dunno whut that means, but D.R. says it's how people buy houses. Wow! I watch "House Hunters" a lot. I hope a lot of people with houses adopt dogs or kittehs too. Dat would be good. :) D.R. is kinda nervous, but she is very happy, too. She said she is gonna relax and have fun this weekend. Then next week, it is time to work and learn noo stuff. I am lookin forward to that, too, 'cause when she comes home, she can scratch behind my ears. :)


I was watchin teevee with Mom, and I falled asleeps durin the show. So I don't rememmer whut happened. Oops. :) Dad and I played Catch before. It was with Mr. Alien, who is a green and blue guy with lots of googly eyes and arms. Mr. Alien is a little stuffed guy, and looks like he is from Mars. He can't fly or anything. He is pretty good at rolling under the table.


Mom thinks I was sick before because of somethin I ate. She said it may have been something from the lawn, when I was on a walk. I will try not to eat things that are not food! :) Oopsie. Don't worry, I was not sick today, and I feel lots better.

I have good news today. I am feelin a lot better than yesterday. I am not sick! :) Wheeee. My hooman friends are very glad. They were so worried when I was sick yesterday, they were almost going to take me to the doctor-place, but they didn't. I went to sleep at night, and when I got up in the morning, my tummy felt better. Today, I have not been sick. :) Thank u, Mom, Dad and D.R., for taking care of me, and thank u to all my friends who wished me to feel better. :)


The weather today is a little windy. The tree branches are going woosh-woosh outside, like giant brushes. :) It may be nice to go walkies later on.


D.R. has a phone-call innervoo today, and tomorrow, she has to go see some people at an office. She is very happy about these chances. :)


D.R. was feeling a little sneezy and had an upset tummy, too, but now she feels kinda better. :) In Floridey, it is warm almost the whole year, so plants grow all the time, and people who get allergees have to be very carefuls. I think D.R. should have some tea, stay inside and pet me. Dat will be good. :) We can watch a moovee together! Yay! :)


Did u know we have a lot of kitteh neighbors? Some of them walk around by themselves, now and then. I like to meet critters, but I hope all hoomans will keep their pets safe, and not let them outside unless: you have a fence around the yard, or you have a leash for the critter and go walkies. That's okay. Plz k thanks. :)

Lots of stuff happened today! D.R. has an innervoo, which she is going to later today. I rubbed up against her foots before, so she has extra good luck. :) She also had one yesterday. Wow! :)


Today, my Mom and Dad went to see an art show. They left really early in the mornin, so I kinda got scaired, and I throo up on the floor, two times. Oops. :( D.R. said she was sorry, and she cleaned up, and when she was all done washin up and stuff, she pet and hugged me, to show everything was all right. :) I felt a tiny bit better. :)


The sky is really blue and pretty. I am lookin forward to walkies with Dad when he gets back. Right now, I am gonna go sit and think for a while, and then rest. I hope u has a good day! Luv. Bye-bye. :)

I has a sad nooz today. The nice neighbor lady came to our house today, to tell us that her lovely goggie went to Heaven yesterday. :( This made her Very Sad, and us too. Rest in peace, little goggie. He was a nice, fluffy goggie, who liked to go for walkies, and would always yip yip yip hello to everyone. I hope he has fun at the Rainbow Bridge. {{{luv}}}


In other nooz, my hooman friend D.R. went to an innervoo with a companee today. She gived them her resume, and they said they would look at it and maybe call her back. That made D.R. feel pretty good. She also got a call from another companee, and left them a message. :)


A good thing happened today, too: D.R. went to the website Petfinder.com, where you can learn stuff about how to find a pet to adopt, and she wrote a thing about me!! Yes, I am so happy!! :) They put it there, and u can read it too: it is here.


D.R. eated a burger for lunch today! :) She brought back half of it for later, and I didn't get to have it now, but maybe I will for dinner or something. Yay! :) It was good, it had kechup and lettis, and came with french fries too.


I found this news storee that u should show to ur hooman friends. It is about the flu, and how dogs can catch it if they are not careful. Please make sure u don't get sick, so u don't miss Santy Paws! :)

O hai, happy Caturday :)

Hello, everyones. :) I are Keisha. Nice to see u! Welcome to mah bloggy. This is Caturday! I hope u had a good day. Thank u for readin. :)


Today was fun. My Mom and I went out for walkies, 'cause my Dad was tired after he came home from the movies. Then Mom and I sat down on the couch and watched a teevee show. It was a very sad show, so I taked a nap. I waked up when Mom had some popcorn. :) D.R. also gived me some meelks that she had from some cereal. Yay! :)


I said hi to a neighbor goggie yesterday. He walked over from a house across the street. He is a nice, furry brown fella. We sniffed and spent a little time just hanging out. Then he went back to his hoomans' place. I also saw a kitteh cat, walking up and down between the next-door house and ours. It didn't stop to say hi, but it was a nice, black-and-white kitteh. Maybe it was lookin for mousies. I hope we see it again later. :)


D.R. gived some donashuns to auctions for critters online, and she gotted some very nice prezints. :) They were things like CDs, chocklat candee, and Chrismus ornyments. Wow! I was very happy, too, even though I can't have chocklat. D.R. did give me lots of pettings and cuddles to celebrate, anyway. She also gived food for pets to the local shelter, just to be extra friendlee. She likes to help. That makes the critters moar comfy and safe. :)


D.R. got a thing called the X Box Kinect! It is a special video game thing that means you can jump and move yourself in front of the game machine, and the game will 'see' you like you are in the compooter. Then, you move around on screen! It's really fun. I hope I can play, too. I would make a good robot or speedboat in a game.

Happy Veterans Day

Today, I am writing a special blog, to say thank u to all the people who defend their country. Also, I say thank u to the service critters who help them, too.

My Dad was in the Army, a lot of years ago. He was a Specialist. One of his jobs was to test the food. I would like that! :) Thank u, Dad. :)

U may want to watch some history shows today, go to a parade, or say thank u to someone u know who was in the service. I has a big Happy in my heart. :)

Today was good. I got to go walkies with my Mom! We went around the block, and I was goin walk-walk-walk pretty fast. :) It was fun. I also saw D.R., when she was drivin home in her car! Wow. :)


I went into the bafrume while my Dad was brushin his teefs. Did u kno that people do that every day? Wow. I watched him brush for a little while. He said hi to me, and when he was done brushin, he rinsed out his mouth with wawa. I bet toothpaste tastes funny. I just get biskits that cleen ur teefs. Also, I get a brushin when I go to the v-e-t. I think the biskits are moar fun. :)


I also went into the bafrume yesterday when D.R. was takin a shower. I heard the water, and I wondered what was goin on, so I went to see. Hoomans wash themselves every day! That's a lot. They use soap. It makes them smell nice. Once I was done sayin hi to D.R., she let me out of the bafrume, and I went into Mom's room to rest. I think I would rather nap than have a washin. To each their own, though. :)


My Dad and I watched a moovey before. It was excitin. It had spaceships and robots and stuff. Then, I went to rest on the couch. The couch is nice because it has a big blankey with paw spots on it, so it is speshul for goggies. :) Later, I went to D.R.'s room, to say hi, and she pet me and cuddled me a lot. Dat made me feel really good. :)


D.R. got a phone call from a lady who works for a companee where D.R. applied to work. The lady said they are lookin into three possible jobs she could maybe have. Yipee! :) There's no guarantees yet, but they said they will call if they find out. D.R. was glad to at least have a little chance. :)


This mornin, D.R. was havin a roll for breakfast, and she gived me some little pieces of it! Yay! :) They were yummy. I caught them and nommed them pretty good. Mmmm, mmm, mmmm.


Okay, now I'm going to go and watch Mom doin somethin. I think then, I can sit on the couch with her, and she will pet me. I see u later. Thanks! :)

Helloo! My name is Keisha. Thank u for readin mah blog today. I am very happy to see u. :)


It is fall where I live, and that means it is gettin very cold. Not as cold as winter, but still, kinda brrrrrrrrrr! Don't worry, my Dad and I still go out for walkies, I look around real fast and then we come home. I have a nice jacket, that I think I will start to wear soon. This will help. :)


I also want to tell u about something important for ur health. This is troo whether u are a human or a critter. It is called diabetes, and a kitteh named Parker would like to tell u about it.



Parker says that his hooman Mom has to get testing and stuff. It is not fun. Diabetes means your bloods do not know how much sugar they should have. The doctors do a test where they look at your bloods and see if it has numbers in it. If the numbers are big, u have to poke ur finger and not eat some stuff; also, you could get tired and feel icky. If the numbers are little, u are doin a little better, and u feel good. So, get a test! Even if they steal some of ur bloods, u will be more healthy when the doctor is all done. Please and thank you. :) {{{Love}}}


My friend D.R. went to a big thing at her church. They had a consecration, and they got to meet the Archbishop! (They call him Metropolitan. That is a big word.) You can tell who he is because he gets to wear a hat. They had lots of singing, and D.R. took some pictures. You can see the pikshers, too! :) Look for them here: pictures, and slideshow. She even got a button with two pretty ribbons on it. Yay! :)


We had to change our clocks to Daylight Savings Time, where we live. This means my hooman friends had to fix the clocks in the house and the car, and their watches too. This is 'fall back' time, so D.R. got to sleep an hour twice, I think. I did, too! Yay, I like naps. :)


I got scaired the other day when my Dad walked out of the room. I think he just went in the garage to get somethin. I couldn't see him until he came back, though, so I got real confoozed. I started to cry, and I ran into D.R.'s room. She pet and hugged me until I felt better. Whew!


D.R. had pizza for dinner today. She gived me some of the cheez! Mmmm, it was good. It had some tomater sauce on the bottom of it. Yum. :) It went right in my tummy. I liked it a lot.

Hello! My name is Keisha. Thank u for reading mah blog. I hope u is glad to be here. :)


I had a fun day Thursdee. It rained a lot, which was Bad, but I got to stay inside most of the time, with Mom and Dad, and that part was Good. I cuddled up with Mom a lot, especially at the end of the day, when we watched a teevee show together. We sat next to each other on the couch. I leaned on one side of the pillow, Mom was on the other. It made me feel very comfy and warm. :)


D.R. gived me crackers! :) Yay! They were crunchy Triscuit crackers. Mmmm. They look like skwares, and they are made out of wheet. D.R. put a little butter substitute on them. Yummy! :) She breaked up the Triscuits in little parts. She had some, and I got the others. They were very good. D.R. also had some noodles for dinner, but I was so sleepy, I was takin a nap at the time, and I didn't go see. Maybe next time.


We had a lot of thunnerstorbs. The wind was really loud, and the rain went Hiss. I got scaired of the loud noises Wensdee nite, but then I snuggled up to Mom and Dad, and I felt better. Thursdee nite, I barked a little when I needed to go out. Dad took me for a quick walkies to the lawn. Thank u, Dad. :)


I was glad to be back inside, where it is warm and dry. I was gonna go back to the livin room, but then I thought, hey, I'm ti-yerd, I think I'll go bed. So I jumped up next to Dad.


D.R. had to do a lot of stuff today. She waked up in the mornin, and had an innervoo over the phone! Wow, how do they do that? Anyway, she talked to a lady from a companee, and told her about where she used to work, and stuff like that. It lasted for a few minutes. That was it. :) D.R. was kind of surprised, but she was happy, too. She didn't even have to go out of the house!


D.R. also got some new medicine today. She was glad, because she almost had none left. She went to the bank, too, and put money away. Then she went home, and pet me on the tummy. That was the best thing. :)

Hello there! My name is Keisha. Welcome to mah blog today. I glad u are reading it. :)


Today, I had to go to the groomer place. I was scaired! :( I got all shaky in the car. When Mom and Dad and I were in the office, I wanted to leave. They still made me stay. I had to wait a while, and then they washed and cut my furs. Whaaa! I do not like that part. It was only good when they finished. Then the nice lady called my Mom and Dad, and said to come get me. Dad picked me up in the car. Boy, was I happy to go home! Dad opened the door, and I ran in. Wheeeee! Mom and D.R. were very happy to see me. They gave me pettins and hugs. I drinked a lot of wawa. I was sooooo glad it was all done with. After that, Mom and Dad eated lunch, and I sat next to them. That was better! :)


My Dad went to the voting place, and he voted this morning. D.R. voted by mail-in ballot a few days ago. D.R.'s Mom also voted. Voting is very important! It means u get a sticker that says, "I Voted!" Also, u get a cookie.


A team called the San Francisco Giants winned the World Series. Congratulations! Maybe I will get a hat. :)


D.R. eated a chikin sammich and some potatey chips for lunch, but I was at the groomer's then, and she was all done by the time I got home. Oops. Maybe I will get to share some of her dinner later on.


D.R. says there were a lot of birdees and pretty butterflies outside before. I like that! I will look for them when I go out to do walkies later, too. :)
