Happy Gnu Ears! :)

O hai! I am Keisha. Thank u for readin mah blog. Welcome. :) This week is Gnu Ears! Every year, on the first day of Janawerry, they celebrate the gnu and their big flappy ears. I dunno why. It's fun, though. I hope u have a good time! :) Also, please be careful. If u need a ride home, get a cab or a bus, or ride a horse. Thank u.


My hooman friend D.R. had a lot of sneezin today. Her nose started to have bloods. :( She had to hnooooooot into a lot of tissues. She even went to the drugstore to get more. They didn't have any stuff to do at work. D.R. just did practice stuff on the compooter, to learn how to run different things. She was glad to go to the gym after work. Then she came home, we watched teevee with Mom, and D.R. gived me lots of pettings and hugs. I even gotted a tummy pat. Dat made me feel very better. :)


Our Kitmas party was excellent! U should have been there!! :) All the cousins and D.R.'s aunt and uncle and other uncle came over. There was lots of turkee. I got to walk around and get a bunch of food! Mmmmmm. People pet me, and then some of them started to play guitar and sing, and one guy had a keyboard. Dat was so much fun! :) It was the most best thing ever.

Today is almost Kitmas Eve! That's tomorrow! Then Santy Paws is gonna get his big flying sleigh ready to go, and he's gonna put all the raindeers together with some harness stuff, and they are gonna run up to the sky and then they fly everywhere! :) Please try to be extra good, so u can get nice prezints and have fun with ur famlee. Share the cookies. :)


We don't have a chimnee in our house, but I know Santy Paws will get here just the same. I am so essited! Yay!! :) My hoomans are havin a partee tomorrow. Then D.R.'s goin to church. It should be a fun day. :)

Wow, today was inneresting. Dad and I went for a lot of walkies. We went kinda fast, because Dad was kinda cold, and I didn't want him to get the sneezies or somethin. Dad does not have furs like mine. Maybe I will lend him my nice red and black jacket. :) He has a hat that I like, though. I hope he lets me borrow it.


When my friend D.R. came home from work, she pet me on the head. I felt really good! :) D.R. said she was thinking about me when she was at work. :) That made me even moar happi. :)


D.R. said she heard it from some elves, I might be gettin some nice stuff from Santy Paws!! All right!! :) I am sleepin next to the tree, to be super safe. I didn't hear the reindeer yet, but I think Santa has a compooter, and he probly can read stuff. So please, be extra good! :) Don't fight with the other critters or the baby. Then, maybe u can get a blankey or somethin. :) Or the best gift of all-- plenty of Luv. :)


D.R.'s Mom gived some food to the local shelter. Yay! :) Clappity clappity. I are very proud of her. It is easy to bring some food or cat litter or somethin nice to the shelter. Even a little bit helps. And if u can't has a money, u can just go there and visit the nice critters, and spend some time. Critters like hoomans to share the Luv. :)


Okay, I am goin beddy-bye early. I need a nice big sleepy-time before I get up for breakfast and the nooz with Dad! :) I hope u has a good sleep too. Bye! :)

It was a fun week at my house. The Crispmus tree is still next to the couch. I like to sleep right by it. I smoosh my head into the cushion, or the blankey, and I get real warm, and I curl up nice and good. Sometimes I even snore. D.R. says she likes mah snorin, it is really cute. :) Tee hee.


I sleeped on the couch almost every day! I am so nervous waitin for Santy Paws, I have to check every nite to make sure he didn't try to sneak in early. I only went to sneak into Mom and Dad's room once. Mom said I bumped into her foots. I was just tryin to be warms. :) I did sit next to Mom when she watched teevee a few times. Mom likes shows with lawyers in 'em and stuff. I hope she lets me watch the dog show, the next time they have one. That will be good. :)


D.R. got some neat DVDs! They are "Kitten Party" and "Puppy Party," and some other DVDs I don't know what they're named, but they have bebeh dogs and cats in them too. Yay! :) I hope we gets to watch dem tomorrow. That would be fun. D.R. says that in Feboomery, when they have the Sooper Bowl, they will also have Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet! And there's a kitteh halftime show! It is gonna be a good party. :)


It is really cold where I live. Please, if u are a hooman, and u have critters, take care of them and keep them all warms inside during the winter. Also go and say hi to ur neighbors and make sure they are okay too. :) Bringin cookies is good! D.R. says her Mom used to give her plates of veggies to take to her neighbors sometimes. I think u can eat the cookies first. :) Tee hee.

Today is Toosdey. My hooman friend D.R. came home from her job, and said that tomorrow, she will work different hours. She will also have her desk in a different part of the building. D.R. is kinda scaired, but she told me that once she gets through the first day or two in the new place, she will probably feel better. I rubbed on her foots tonite, to make her feel better. She hugged and petted me a lot. :) That was good! :)


I went for a lot of walkies yesterday. Four! That's a lot! :) Mom said she was very surprised. I also went for four walkies today. I is an athleet! :)


It is very cold where I lives. Dad was freezin when he came back from takin me for walks. Too bad he does not have furs like I do. He does have a hat and coat, though. Please, if u are a humin, be very careful with ur critter friends this season, and make sure they are safe in the cold. Keep them inside except for walks. Use a leash when you take them out. A sweater is also good, if you can. Then go back, sit on the couch and watch teevee. Yay! :) Also, check up on your hooman neighbors to make sure they are okay, too. It is always good to show luv. :)


I sleeped on the couch a lot lately. This is part because it's a nice couch with a big flat part, so I can stretch out, and part because Dad put the Crispmas tree back next to the couch again. Yay! That means I'm gonna see Santy Paws when he comes in. I'll hide behind a pillow so he won't see me. Hee hee. :)


I saw a commercial with lots of kittehs on teevee. D.R. says that someday, she would like to adopt a kitteh. That would be fun! :) I would love to play with a kitteh friend. U should always adopt critters, 'cause then u give them a good forever home. :) Also, a lot of luv. :)

Hello there. I am Keisha. Welcome to mah blog. Thank u for readin it today. :)


Mah Mom and Dad moved the Cripmus tree to the front room. I was confoozed. Will Santy Paws see it? I hope so. I was sleepin on the couch all the time, in case he got to our house early. Now I dunno. Maybe I have to sleep next to the table. I hope the reindeer don't step on me.


D.R. got a really neat car. It is not a big car that you can drive. It is a remote control car, that goes Rrrrrrrrrrr. The car is blue and has lights. D.R. told me to not eat it. I will try.


D.R. also got a new mousie for her compooter. It is not a squeak squeak mouse, it is a blue clicky thing that u can use to make the compooter do things. D.R. said it almost didn't work, but then it did. It reminds me of my stuffed friend, Mr. Alien. He has tentacles. Mr. Alien is more green, though.


I went to see mah friend's rooms the other day. When I got to D.R.'s room, I sniffed stuff in the corner. I like to look by the nightstand and the dresser. U never know what stuff u will see. One time, I saw a magic marker. Another time, I got to sniff D.R.'s shooez. They are funny! She has two kinds of dem, one for werk and one that are sneekors, so she can go walkin and stuff. I don't wear shooez. I just cleen my paws. :)


D.R. had a big Sad the other day. Her manajurs from werk got mad and told her she wasn't doin okay. D.R. tried really hard, and she is still workin there. She has been at this place for two weeks. D.R. is glad to have a job, but she had to pet me a lot in the past couple days, to feel better. I like the snorgles. I hope lots of happyness went from mah furs into her noggin. That way, she feel better next time. :)

Hello there! My name is Keisha. I has a welcome for u. Thank u for readin mah blog today. :)


It is Wensdee! That is the third day in the week if u go to werk. My hooman friend, D.R., has a new job. She works for a bank in Tampa. She has to go there in the mornin, and she doesn't get back until nite-time. I am happy when she comes home. D.R. is glad to have a job, but she also likes to be back with me and her Mom and Dad. She gived me a pat on the head when she walked in tonite.


U know what else? Dad got a Christmas tree!! :) It is small, maybe two foots high, but it has pretty lites on it, and they go blink-blink-blink. The tree is so small, it takes up all the space on the tiny table that is under it. We may have to ask Santy Paws to put the preznits under the table. I think I will leave a speshul note with the cookies for him. I hope the reindeer don't eat them first. :)


I heard a kitteh tryin to get in the window! :) A big kitteh was goin meow-meow outside our house. He likes to walk around between the houses. He tapped on the window a lot. Then his hoomans who live across the street told him to go back. I think it is really safe to keep ur critter friends inside the house, unless you are with them and you keep them on a leash. Hoomans, please be very careful, so everyone can be safe and happy this holiday seezun and all the time. Thank u. :)

My hooman friend D.R. says she remembers what it was like, and it made her cry a lot when she saw it on the news that day. Today is Caturday! It's a little cold where I live, but not too bad. I heard about the big big snowstorbs they are havin in Europe. Pleez if u live over there, be very careful! Stay warm and drink some tee or coco. Also, this would be a good time to snuggle with your goggies or kittehs, watch a moovey or read a book. When it stops snowin, u can build a snow-guy! :)


I slept part of the nite on the couch yesterday. D.R. says I looked very cute, all leaning on the pillow, like a real person would. :) Pillows are fun if u need a nap. I am glad we have them.


I got scaired when I heard the garage door yesterday. It makes a loud noise. Yipes! The garage door is my favorite think to bark at. I also bark when my Dad goes outside, sometimes. I like it when my people friends are all with me. :) That is better.


I watched the nooz with Mom yesterday. There were a lot of hoomans, talkin about pol-o-tyks, which I think is a type of bug that lives in the woods. Sometimes, I'm glad I'm a dog. I like to see the weather on the nooz sometimes, though. And they have pikshers of the NASA ships that do outer space stuff. I like rockets. U know there was a dog who went into space once? Yay! :)


Mom was eatin some noodles yesterday. She had tomater sauss on them. I got to eat a tiny little bit. They were good! :)


I got to meet some awesome new friends. U can read their blogs at the Teacher's Pets, A Crafty Kind of Truffle, and Create with Joy. The Teacher's Pets even put me on the front page a couple days ago. Thank u! Dat is so nice. :) Also, check out this cool auction for a goggie named Blueberry. I likes to meet noo critters and hoomans! :) Thank u.


Christmas is comin up. My hoomans are gettin ready to have dinner and a party. I hope I get some cookies! My Dad will take off the chocolate chip parts, but I bet the vanilla parts and icing will be good. :)

Today is Toosdey. I got to go home from Ms. Lori's house! :) My Dad was all done with his visit to Disney World, so he picked me up from the dog-sitter's house. Now I'm back at mah house. Yay! :) Mom and Aunt Mary are still at Disney World, but Mom will be comin home tomorrow. Aunt Mary can only be there one day; that is why they are stayin extra time. Sooo... now I am back. Dad picked me up, and I was so happy, when we got back to our house, I jumped out of the car and started barkin. Yarp yarp! :) I had a good time at Lori's house. I played with other goggies, ran in the yard, barked whenever I wanted, ate some kibble, sleeped sometimes, and even played with the kitteh cat too. It was like a speshul vacashun all my own! :) Ms. Lori is really nice. I am glad to be home, though.


D.R. came home from her second day at her noo job. She said it was really, really hard. :( She had a Sad when she was tryin to read some of the stuff they had to learn. The instructor was really nice, and so were the other folks in the office, but the stuff to learn was so hard, D.R. said she was confoozed almost the whole time. Still, they gived everybody pizza for lunch, which was really good! Yay! :) D.R. was very grateful to have the fud. She wants to get better at the work thingy and will try more betterer. I think she should bring a tennis ball. That always makes me feel good. :)

Today I am goin on a trip. Wow! :) I get to go to Ms. Lori's house. She lives in Spring Hill. She is the dog-sitter I visit whenever Mom and Dad go to Orlando or somethin. It is going to be fun! She has a cat, and there are other dogs visitin Ms. Lori, too. I will get to play in the yard. Dat will be fun! :) I am just gonna be gone a couple of days, then I am comin back. I will see u then. :)


My friend D.R. starts her new job tomorrow! Wow. :) I hope she is really happy there and the snack machine works too. I like chips.


D.R. said she was kinda nervous, but I hope she does not wurry too much. When she comes home, she can take a nice nap, like I always do. There is the couch, if she wants, 'cause I'm not usin it. I hope she puts back my blankey, though. Dat would be good.

Yesterday was so much fun!!! U would not beleev how fun it was. We got to eat lots of turkee!! :) :) The food was yummy and it had graveee. Mmmmmm! Mom cooked it really well. There were vegetables, and stuffins, and lots of other things, too. :) Mmmm. I was happy, because I got to sit next to the table and get little bits of food from all my hooman friends. I even got icing when they had cupcakes! :)


My friends waked up kinda early, and they started watchin the parade in the morning. Dad and I saw some of it on the teevee. It had funny balloons that were really big, and were flyin around in New York. Then we watched some other teevee stuff, like the nooz, until it was time to eat. After we eated our food, we watched some more teevee. Thanksgiving is good because there is so much fun stuff to do. Mom, Dad and D.R. pet me on the head and called me Good Dog a lot, which was the Best Thing. :)


D.R. watched a football game. It was okay. I went into her room, and I checked to see if there was anything interesting over by the wires. She said not to play with dat. Oops. :) D.R. just wants me to be safe. So I went back to see if Mom and Dad had some more snacks to eat. I sat down next to the couch with Dad. He was watchin lots of excitin stuff on the History Channel. Later, Mom watched a show where a lady was singin in a movie. It was good too. I got tired then, and I wanted to rest. I leaned on the carpet. That's nice after a long day.


Plz be careful if u is going shoppin on Friday! Maybe u can order things on the compooter, or wait until Caturday to buy ur stuffs. A good way to order things is to go to I Give.com and pick a charity. That way, nice people like pet shelters get something every time. :) Also, u don't have to get a elbow in ur eye in the parkin lot. :)

My hooman friend has good news. She went to the emploment agency people, and they said she doesn't have to go to her new job until next Mondee, the 29th! :) D.R. is happy. She gets to have Tanksgibbin with her famlee. The people gave her a speshul booklet with information and stuff, and said she could start next week.


D.R. came home, and pet me on the head. She had some cheese and crackers, and I got to have some! Yay! :) Also, I watched teevee on the couch. Mom was readin the paper, and Dad watched the nooz. It was a pretty good aferntoon. :)


Later, D.R. had dinner. She eated some noodles. I got a few! Yummmm. :) They were good. Mom watched "House Hunters," and I got to sit on the couch. She pet me. Yay! That was good. :) The people had nice houses. I like to look at the backyards. It would be fun to run around and sniff all the berry bushes and flowers.


D.R. had some sad nooz, also. :( There was a kitteh that got injured by a car, and it had to go to the Rainbow Bridge. Rest in peace, little guy.


It is almost time for Tanksgibbin. :) Plz consider givin some things to ur local food bank, and the animal shelter, so all the hoomans and critters can have something nice to eat too. Thank u! I hope u has a really fun time too. Bye-byes! :)

My hooman gots a new job! :)

I has some good news! Today we found out that my hooman friend D.R. gotted a new job!! Yay!! :) :) :) She starts on Monday. It is with an employmit agencee, which means it may not last fo-ever, but it should go for at least a few monfs. D.R. is very happy. She is gonna be workin for the mortgage department in a bank. I dunno whut that means, but D.R. says it's how people buy houses. Wow! I watch "House Hunters" a lot. I hope a lot of people with houses adopt dogs or kittehs too. Dat would be good. :) D.R. is kinda nervous, but she is very happy, too. She said she is gonna relax and have fun this weekend. Then next week, it is time to work and learn noo stuff. I am lookin forward to that, too, 'cause when she comes home, she can scratch behind my ears. :)


I was watchin teevee with Mom, and I falled asleeps durin the show. So I don't rememmer whut happened. Oops. :) Dad and I played Catch before. It was with Mr. Alien, who is a green and blue guy with lots of googly eyes and arms. Mr. Alien is a little stuffed guy, and looks like he is from Mars. He can't fly or anything. He is pretty good at rolling under the table.


Mom thinks I was sick before because of somethin I ate. She said it may have been something from the lawn, when I was on a walk. I will try not to eat things that are not food! :) Oopsie. Don't worry, I was not sick today, and I feel lots better.

I have good news today. I am feelin a lot better than yesterday. I am not sick! :) Wheeee. My hooman friends are very glad. They were so worried when I was sick yesterday, they were almost going to take me to the doctor-place, but they didn't. I went to sleep at night, and when I got up in the morning, my tummy felt better. Today, I have not been sick. :) Thank u, Mom, Dad and D.R., for taking care of me, and thank u to all my friends who wished me to feel better. :)


The weather today is a little windy. The tree branches are going woosh-woosh outside, like giant brushes. :) It may be nice to go walkies later on.


D.R. has a phone-call innervoo today, and tomorrow, she has to go see some people at an office. She is very happy about these chances. :)


D.R. was feeling a little sneezy and had an upset tummy, too, but now she feels kinda better. :) In Floridey, it is warm almost the whole year, so plants grow all the time, and people who get allergees have to be very carefuls. I think D.R. should have some tea, stay inside and pet me. Dat will be good. :) We can watch a moovee together! Yay! :)


Did u know we have a lot of kitteh neighbors? Some of them walk around by themselves, now and then. I like to meet critters, but I hope all hoomans will keep their pets safe, and not let them outside unless: you have a fence around the yard, or you have a leash for the critter and go walkies. That's okay. Plz k thanks. :)

Lots of stuff happened today! D.R. has an innervoo, which she is going to later today. I rubbed up against her foots before, so she has extra good luck. :) She also had one yesterday. Wow! :)


Today, my Mom and Dad went to see an art show. They left really early in the mornin, so I kinda got scaired, and I throo up on the floor, two times. Oops. :( D.R. said she was sorry, and she cleaned up, and when she was all done washin up and stuff, she pet and hugged me, to show everything was all right. :) I felt a tiny bit better. :)


The sky is really blue and pretty. I am lookin forward to walkies with Dad when he gets back. Right now, I am gonna go sit and think for a while, and then rest. I hope u has a good day! Luv. Bye-bye. :)

I has a sad nooz today. The nice neighbor lady came to our house today, to tell us that her lovely goggie went to Heaven yesterday. :( This made her Very Sad, and us too. Rest in peace, little goggie. He was a nice, fluffy goggie, who liked to go for walkies, and would always yip yip yip hello to everyone. I hope he has fun at the Rainbow Bridge. {{{luv}}}


In other nooz, my hooman friend D.R. went to an innervoo with a companee today. She gived them her resume, and they said they would look at it and maybe call her back. That made D.R. feel pretty good. She also got a call from another companee, and left them a message. :)


A good thing happened today, too: D.R. went to the website Petfinder.com, where you can learn stuff about how to find a pet to adopt, and she wrote a thing about me!! Yes, I am so happy!! :) They put it there, and u can read it too: it is here.


D.R. eated a burger for lunch today! :) She brought back half of it for later, and I didn't get to have it now, but maybe I will for dinner or something. Yay! :) It was good, it had kechup and lettis, and came with french fries too.


I found this news storee that u should show to ur hooman friends. It is about the flu, and how dogs can catch it if they are not careful. Please make sure u don't get sick, so u don't miss Santy Paws! :)

Hello, everyones. :) I are Keisha. Nice to see u! Welcome to mah bloggy. This is Caturday! I hope u had a good day. Thank u for readin. :)


Today was fun. My Mom and I went out for walkies, 'cause my Dad was tired after he came home from the movies. Then Mom and I sat down on the couch and watched a teevee show. It was a very sad show, so I taked a nap. I waked up when Mom had some popcorn. :) D.R. also gived me some meelks that she had from some cereal. Yay! :)


I said hi to a neighbor goggie yesterday. He walked over from a house across the street. He is a nice, furry brown fella. We sniffed and spent a little time just hanging out. Then he went back to his hoomans' place. I also saw a kitteh cat, walking up and down between the next-door house and ours. It didn't stop to say hi, but it was a nice, black-and-white kitteh. Maybe it was lookin for mousies. I hope we see it again later. :)


D.R. gived some donashuns to auctions for critters online, and she gotted some very nice prezints. :) They were things like CDs, chocklat candee, and Chrismus ornyments. Wow! I was very happy, too, even though I can't have chocklat. D.R. did give me lots of pettings and cuddles to celebrate, anyway. She also gived food for pets to the local shelter, just to be extra friendlee. She likes to help. That makes the critters moar comfy and safe. :)


D.R. got a thing called the X Box Kinect! It is a special video game thing that means you can jump and move yourself in front of the game machine, and the game will 'see' you like you are in the compooter. Then, you move around on screen! It's really fun. I hope I can play, too. I would make a good robot or speedboat in a game.

Today, I am writing a special blog, to say thank u to all the people who defend their country. Also, I say thank u to the service critters who help them, too.

My Dad was in the Army, a lot of years ago. He was a Specialist. One of his jobs was to test the food. I would like that! :) Thank u, Dad. :)

Today was good. I got to go walkies with my Mom! We went around the block, and I was goin walk-walk-walk pretty fast. :) It was fun. I also saw D.R., when she was drivin home in her car! Wow. :)


I went into the bafrume while my Dad was brushin his teefs. Did u kno that people do that every day? Wow. I watched him brush for a little while. He said hi to me, and when he was done brushin, he rinsed out his mouth with wawa. I bet toothpaste tastes funny. I just get biskits that cleen ur teefs. Also, I get a brushin when I go to the v-e-t. I think the biskits are moar fun. :)


I also went into the bafrume yesterday when D.R. was takin a shower. I heard the water, and I wondered what was goin on, so I went to see. Hoomans wash themselves every day! That's a lot. They use soap. It makes them smell nice. Once I was done sayin hi to D.R., she let me out of the bafrume, and I went into Mom's room to rest. I think I would rather nap than have a washin. To each their own, though. :)


My Dad and I watched a moovey before. It was excitin. It had spaceships and robots and stuff. Then, I went to rest on the couch. The couch is nice because it has a big blankey with paw spots on it, so it is speshul for goggies. :) Later, I went to D.R.'s room, to say hi, and she pet me and cuddled me a lot. Dat made me feel really good. :)


D.R. got a phone call from a lady who works for a companee where D.R. applied to work. The lady said they are lookin into three possible jobs she could maybe have. Yipee! :) There's no guarantees yet, but they said they will call if they find out. D.R. was glad to at least have a little chance. :)


This mornin, D.R. was havin a roll for breakfast, and she gived me some little pieces of it! Yay! :) They were yummy. I caught them and nommed them pretty good. Mmmm, mmm, mmmm.


Okay, now I'm going to go and watch Mom doin somethin. I think then, I can sit on the couch with her, and she will pet me. I see u later. Thanks! :)

Helloo! My name is Keisha. Thank u for readin mah blog today. I am very happy to see u. :)


It is fall where I live, and that means it is gettin very cold. Not as cold as winter, but still, kinda brrrrrrrrrr! Don't worry, my Dad and I still go out for walkies, I look around real fast and then we come home. I have a nice jacket, that I think I will start to wear soon. This will help. :)


I also want to tell u about something important for ur health. This is troo whether u are a human or a critter. It is called diabetes, and a kitteh named Parker would like to tell u about it.



Parker says that his hooman Mom has to get testing and stuff. It is not fun. Diabetes means your bloods do not know how much sugar they should have. The doctors do a test where they look at your bloods and see if it has numbers in it. If the numbers are big, u have to poke ur finger and not eat some stuff; also, you could get tired and feel icky. If the numbers are little, u are doin a little better, and u feel good. So, get a test! Even if they steal some of ur bloods, u will be more healthy when the doctor is all done. My friend D.R. went to a big thing at her church. They had a consecration, and they got to meet the Archbishop! (They call him Metropolitan. That is a big word.) You can tell who he is because he gets to wear a hat. They had lots of singing, and D.R. took some pictures. You can see the pikshers, too! :) Look for them here: pictures, and slideshow. She even got a button with two pretty ribbons on it. Yay! :)


We had to change our clocks to Daylight Savings Time, where we live. This means my hooman friends had to fix the clocks in the house and the car, and their watches too. This is 'fall back' time, so D.R. got to sleep an hour twice, I think. I did, too! Yay, I like naps. :)


I got scaired the other day when my Dad walked out of the room. I think he just went in the garage to get somethin. I couldn't see him until he came back, though, so I got real confoozed. I started to cry, and I ran into D.R.'s room. She pet and hugged me until I felt better. Whew!


D.R. had pizza for dinner today. She gived me some of the cheez! Mmmm, it was good. It had some tomater sauce on the bottom of it. Yum. :) It went right in my tummy. I liked it a lot.

I had a fun day Thursdee. It rained a lot, which was Bad, but I got to stay inside most of the time, with Mom and Dad, and that part was Good. I cuddled up with Mom a lot, especially at the end of the day, when we watched a teevee show together. We sat next to each other on the couch. I leaned on one side of the pillow, Mom was on the other. It made me feel very comfy and warm. :)


D.R. gived me crackers! :) Yay! They were crunchy Triscuit crackers. Mmmm. They look like skwares, and they are made out of wheet. D.R. put a little butter substitute on them. Yummy! :) She breaked up the Triscuits in little parts. She had some, and I got the others. They were very good. D.R. also had some noodles for dinner, but I was so sleepy, I was takin a nap at the time, and I didn't go see. Maybe next time.


We had a lot of thunnerstorbs. The wind was really loud, and the rain went Hiss. I got scaired of the loud noises Wensdee nite, but then I snuggled up to Mom and Dad, and I felt better. Thursdee nite, I barked a little when I needed to go out. Dad took me for a quick walkies to the lawn. Thank u, Dad. :)


I was glad to be back inside, where it is warm and dry. I was gonna go back to the livin room, but then I thought, hey, I'm ti-yerd, I think I'll go bed. So I jumped up next to Dad.


D.R. had to do a lot of stuff today. She waked up in the mornin, and had an innervoo over the phone! Wow, how do they do that? Anyway, she talked to a lady from a companee, and told her about where she used to work, and stuff like that. It lasted for a few minutes. That was it. :) D.R. was kind of surprised, but she was happy, too. She didn't even have to go out of the house!


D.R. also got some new medicine today. She was glad, because she almost had none left. She went to the bank, too, and put money away. Then she went home, and pet me on the tummy. That was the best thing. :)

Hello there! My name is Keisha. Welcome to mah blog today. I glad u are reading it. :)


Today, I had to go to the groomer place. I was scaired! :( I got all shaky in the car. When Mom and Dad and I were in the office, I wanted to leave. They still made me stay. I had to wait a while, and then they washed and cut my furs. Whaaa! I do not like that part. It was only good when they finished. Then the nice lady called my Mom and Dad, and said to come get me. Dad picked me up in the car. Boy, was I happy to go home! Dad opened the door, and I ran in. Wheeeee! Mom and D.R. were very happy to see me. They gave me pettins and hugs. I drinked a lot of wawa. I was sooooo glad it was all done with. After that, Mom and Dad eated lunch, and I sat next to them. That was better! :)


My Dad went to the voting place, and he voted this morning. D.R. voted by mail-in ballot a few days ago. D.R.'s Mom also voted. Voting is very important! It means u get a sticker that says, "I Voted!" Also, u get a cookie.


A team called the San Francisco Giants winned the World Series. Congratulations! Maybe I will get a hat. :)


D.R. eated a chikin sammich and some potatey chips for lunch, but I was at the groomer's then, and she was all done by the time I got home. Oops. Maybe I will get to share some of her dinner later on.


D.R. says there were a lot of birdees and pretty butterflies outside before. I like that! I will look for them when I go out to do walkies later, too. :)

Today is Halloween. Did u get candee? I hope u did! :) I got to see lots of little hooman kids come to the door and say, "Trick or treat!" D.R.'s Dad gived them candee. I barked a little, but not much. Once, I even ran outside to let them pet me! I was happy to meet them, and they liked pettin me. Dad made me come back inside quickly, though. It was fun. :)


In case u have a lot of candee left over, please do not give any chocolate or raisins to ur pets. That stuff is only for hoomans. Thank u! :)


Dad taked me out for another walkies after that. I barked a lot. I said hi to some other goggies across the street. They woofed back. Yarp yarp! :) It was a nice nite, a little cool but not too bad. I walked a few houses down and did the lawn thing, and went back.


Another good thing happened!!!1! My Mom came home from her trip! :) Yay, yay, yay! :) She was done havin a vacashun with her friends, so she came back to our house, and I was so happy when she walked in, I ran over and bumped into her feets. Wheeeee! It was like bowling. :) I like it best when all my hooman friends are at home at the same time. Then I feel safe and happy.


I got to tackle Dad when he was havin dinner. He was sittin on the couch, watchin teevee and eatin soup. I jumped up on him and hugged him with my paws. I got to sniff the food and everything. Dat was good. :)


I went into D.R.'s room before. She pet me a lot. Tomorrow, I think I hafta go to the groomer's, but at least tonite, I got lotsa hugs to make up for it.


D.R. was watchin a football game. I think they should let dogs play! We'd be good at catchin the ball. I can run really fast.

Today, D.R. was feelin a little bit better than yesterday. She went to a new store in town, called Hobby Lobby. It is a nice, big place that has arts and crafts supplies. She bought a chalk board! :) Now she can draw stuff and make notes on it. She also has an eraser for it. Yipee! :)


D.R. eated some Chinese food for dinner. She got broccoli with brown sauce, white rice and two spring rolls. She said it was very tastee. D.R. even gived me some! :) I had a piece of broccoli, and it was very hot, with sauce on it. It was good! It burned my tung a little bit, but later, I had some wawa to drink, so I feeled better. Yum yum yum yum. That sauce was really good.


D.R. went to a speshul doctor this mornin. The doctor lady checked up on D.R.'s helf, to make sure she was A-okay, which was troo. D.R. taked some little pieces of candee from a Halloween bucket on the desk. Mmmm, candee. :)


My Mom went to a town called Venice. It's not the one in Italee, it's the one in Floradee. Her brother lives there. He is really nice and lets her stay in his house when he is not in town. So Mom went there, with a couple of her other friends, too. Dad and D.R. are stayin home with me. :) This means I get to sit and watch teevee with Dad, and rest a lot. I am happy, but I also will be glad when Mom gets home. :)

O hai! My name is Keisha. Welcome to mah blog. Thank u for readin it today. :)


D.R. waked up really early this mornin to go to a speshul innervoo. It was all the way in Tampa! D.R. petted me and said bye-bye. Then she had to drive, and it was really a long way, like forever. D.R. even got lost tryin to find the building. When she got there, they said they did not need her after all. D.R. had a big Sad. She drove home. D.R. petted me when she came back. Then, she stayed in her room for a little while. After that, she and her Mom went out to lunch. They had very tasty pizza, and took some of it home. I bet I get to have some later! :) D.R. went back to her room to watch teevee. I stopped in to say hi. She petted me, and I was glad to help her feel a little better.


After that, I rested for a little while on the floor, in front of the teevee, while Dad watched the nooz. People are voting and stuff. Voting is very important. It allows people to choose who is going to be in the gubbermints. It also allows people to say stoopy things on teevee. That makes Dad laugh. I do too. Tee hee. :) D.R. had a speshul ballot where she mailed it in, so she doesn't have to go to the building where everybody votes on Toosdey. She can just stay here and watch hockey games with me. :)


D.R. says the World Series started yesterday! :) Good luck to the Texas Rangers and the San Francisco Giants. D.R. says the Rangers play in Dallas, where the buildings are really tall and the people have nice hats. The Giants are from San Francisco, which has pointy mountains in it, and is nice too. I wonder if I will get a hat?


When D.R. and her Mom were on the way home from lunch, they saw a lot of duckies! The ducks were gathered around a pond in New Port Richey. D.R. says they were very colorful. She didn't have her camera, so she didn't get any pikshers, but they were cute. I like birdees. :)

Hello! My name is Keisha. Welcome to mah blog. I am glad to see u here today. Thank u. :)


I did a lot of things today. I went for walkies outside. The breeze was good, and I got to sniff things and look at the leaves. Lots of people have funny Halloween decorations in front of their houses. They have big pumpkins, cutouts of ghosts and orangey things. I wanted to play "jump on the lamps," but Dad said we have to keep going. :) So we went home.


My Mom was making lunch, and it smelled so goooood. :) There was stew with turkey and vejables in it. She was stirrin it, and I stood close by so I could get a good whiff of all the yummy foods. Then Mom and Dad eated lunch, and I sat next to the table. It was a fun afternoon. :)


D.R. is goin to an innervoo tomorrow! She has to get up real early and go to Tampa. Then she will talk to some people. This job, if she gets it, is goin to be what they call temporary. That means it will go for a few months. Still, D.R. said she will be very happy and grateful if she gets it. I will let her give me extra hugs, so she feels better.


My hoomans are startin to get colds! They are sneezin and coughing. D.R. and Dad took some medicine, so I hope they feel a little better. I don't like to sneeze. The only good thing about it is that when it happens to me, I sit down by the teevee and relax. :)


D.R. said she saw a good new show on the teevee. It is called "Coastwatch." It is about some smart people in New Zealand who work for the Fisheries and environmental departments, and they protect the land and stuff. It is on the Planet Green channel. The scenery is pretty, too. :)


This morning, my Mom and Dad went to the doctor's office so that my Dad could get a bloods test. They taked some of Dad's blood! :( But he was okay, after that. They gived him a little band-aid and stuff. The doctor told him to take more vitamins, and some other stuff, but nothing too bad. I love my Dad. I glad he is goin to be okay. :) I wonder why they never put back ur bloods when they are done takin it? I always try to put my toys under the table when I am done with them. Oh, well. That is science stuff.

Hello, everybody. My name is Keisha. :) Welcome to mah blog! It is Sundae, time for a new week. I am at home with my hooman friends. I hope u is havin a relaxin nite, too. :)


Today was good! I went for walkies with Mom. We went up the block. I got some good exercise. It was good to get some fresh air and see the little birdees. I sniffed some lawns before I picked the best one. Then we went home. :)


Mom and Dad went out to have lunch. D.R. also had lunch, after church. D.R. came home first. She stayed with me when Mom and Dad went out. I went to take a nap on the couch, and when I waked up, I couldn't see anybody else, so I kinda got scaired. I yelped a little bit. Then D.R. came in to see me, so I felt better. :) D.R. shared her bread with me when she had a little snack. That was yummy! :)


Today, for the second time in a few days, D.R. put some nice fresh cheez in mah food dish! :) It was very yummy. I nommed it good. It tasted sweet and delicious. Cheez is not only tastee, but it has meelk and vitamins in it. Hoomans put it on pizza, and I like that too. :)


D.R.'s Mom was watchin a teevee show about some poleece that solve a case. It was interesting. I have heard about poleece dogs, and how they help the hoomans. I think they are very brave (the hoomans and critters, bofe). :)

D.R.'s Dad built some more nice model kit ships. He is really good at that! :) He builded some great big silver boats that look like ships from the Navy. They really look like ships from the history books. He has a club that he goes to, where he talks about them, and so do other people who make boats too. Dad put three of them on the counter, in a row, and I thought they were going to sail away! :)


D.R. had some cereal tonite. I got to eat some! :) Wow, it was tastee. It was little squares of graham cracker flavor. Mmmmm. She gave me a few bits. I caught them out of midair. Yippee! :)

O hai, it is Fries-dee today :)

Hi there! :) My name is Keisha, and I welcome u to mah blogygog. I am a dog. U are welcome to read here. Thank u. :)


It is Fries-dee today. Yesserday was Thursdee. I had a pretty fun time. I went out for lots of walkies. Dad took me outside, and we got some good exercise. I was able to walk nice and fast, because I took all my medicine. I have special stuff that makes my legs and joints feel better. This way, my arf-ritis isn't so bad. Mom and Dad and D.R. gave me extra pettings and hugs, which made it even better. :) I got to see some other goggies doin walkies with their hooman friends. It is nice to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. You can see the trees, kittehs, squirrels, birdees, lizards and lots of other stuff. When I came back, I drinked lots of wawa. I was so thirsty, I even drinked two times. Then I sat down by the table, while my people friends watched teevee.


D.R. got some more innervoo calls. Some of the companees only call u on the phone. Others ask u to go to the office place. One of them even sent D.R. a special test to do on the compooter! :) D.R. says it wasn't too hard. She was glad when it was done. She sent in the results, and hopes it is good. :)


Dad told me somethin I kinda didn't like so much, even though I think it is goin to be okay. He said I may have to take a b-a-f-f. Yipes! Did u know, hoomans take a baff or shower all the time, every day almost? Wow! That's a lot. They must smell pretty soapy. I like to smell like dog furs. Dad says I am scritchin too much, though, and that means I need a trip to the tub. I will get towels when I'm done. I bet Mom says I smell good. She likes it when I'm clean. At least that part's okay.


There is a big tree outside our house, what has lots of birdees livin in it. They like to fly on and off, and some have their nests in it. Sometimes it's nice to sit and listen to the birdees go caw-caw-caw or chireep-chirpchirp. :)


U know what I got the other day? Cheez! :) My hooman friend D.R. gived me a piece of cheez that she put in my dish for me to munch. I chewed it up good. Mmmm! It was mozzarella, which is the kind they put on pizza. Yummy! :) Just Thursdee, I also got two little bits of rice to nom. D.R. gived them to me when she was havin a snack after she came home. I eated that up too. Double yummies! :)

Today is Toosdey. I went outside a lot for walkies with Mom and Dad. Mom says I got something while I was out, because I had a bit of an urpy tummy in the evenin. :( But I am feelin better now. :) In fact, my friend D.R. was eatin a turkee sammich for dinner, and she gived me a few little bits! Wow, they were good. The bread was toasted.


I got to watch the show House Hunters with my Mom and Dad. There was a nice famlee from Wisconsin that was lookin at houses. They had a dog! :) I like that. They even wanted to pick a place with a big yard, so their dog, Coco, could have fun. That is good. :)

I was barkin a lot the other day. I saw some people walkin out of their house, and I just wanted to let them know that my house belongs to my hooman friends. Then Mom petted me, so I sat down.


I have been a lot more active in the past few days. I had to take some medicine to help me breeve better, plus to help my arf-ritis, but it seems to be workin real good, and I've been able to walk and play and stuff. D.R. was very happy! :) She pet and hugged me a lot. I go to her room sometimes, to check on her and say hi. I like to sniff stuff in her room, too. Then D.R. cuddles me. That's the best part. :)

Today, I got to go for lots of walkies with my Dad. He took me outside, and we saw lots of leaves and stuff. Then I came back, and rested on the floor, while he watched the teevee. It is baseball time. Dad also likes to watch history and nooz stuff. That's fun. :)


D.R. went to the gym this evening. She says that when she was lifting weights, there was a guy who used the punching bag in another room. He hit the bag so hard, it made the wall shake! :) Wow.


I am getting very floofy. My furs are nice and long. I like that. It helps keep me warm in the breezy weather.


D.R. is still doing her special walkathon to help save puppy mill dogs. If you go to this page, you can see all about it. Every little bit helps! You can give any bit you want, from one green paper on up. Thank you very much. :)


D.R. and I played chase the toy a little bit this weekend. It was fun. I got to run back and forth and catch this square thing she threw to me. I caught it really well! I went Grrrr and shook it back and forth. Then I put it on the ground. That means I win. :)


D.R.'s Mom got a new drink called hot apple cider. U can make it by putting some powder and some hot water in a cup, and stirring it. Then you sip it. Mmmm! That tastes pretty good. I hope D.R. puts some in my dish. :)

It is October, which means it is almost Halloween. Lots of houses around here have decorations, with ghosts and scary things. At least, I hope they are just pikshers and stuff. I hope they are not real goblins that can fly! Then they could come and take my candy. I will be extra careful on Halloween. Please make sure all your critter friends are safe, too. Thanks. :)


I had an ouchee the other day. I was watchin teevee with Mom, when suddenly my back started to hurt real bad. I jumped up and started barkin. Mom was scaired and got me some medicine. The next day, she called the doctor and got me even more stuffs. I felt kinda better today. I sat on the floor a lot. Dad took me for a couple walks. I went to say hi in D.R.'s room a few times! D.R. even gived me a little cheez when she had a sammich. That was good. :) So, I's feelin a little better.


D.R. had an innervoo today! :) She said it was good. The people told her she may be able to get a second innervoo in a few days. Then, she has to go to the doctor tomorrow. After that, I hope she comes home and pets me a lot, and maybe I'll get a pretzel. :)


D.R. was sad about one thing. She saw a raccoon that went to heaven because it was hurted. D.R. said she likes raccoons and she knows this one is playing at the Rainbow Bridge now.


I got to watch lots of teevee today. There were hockey games, and I watched the nooz with Dad, too. Then there was a science show with sharks and fishies in it. If I had a scuba suit, I would swim, but I hope sharkies would not go near me.


D.R. is doing a special fun thing to help dogs. It is called a walkathon for Prop B. In Missouri, they have a lot of puppy mills, bad places where a lot of dogs are sick and hurt. They are trying to have a law called Prop B, to shut down the puppy mills. D.R. is walking to support Prop B! You can see how to do that by clicking here. Even a little bit helps. My Mom and Dad came home from their trip!!!!1! :) They had to stay yesterday in Californyee, because their airplane couldn't see in the fog, and it had to sit down some more time. So they wouldn't let them leave the airport, and Mom and Dad had to stay overnight in a hotel, instead. :( They did not like that, one little bit. But at least everything was fine when they left the next day. They got home today and I was soooooo happy when I heard the door, I ran into Mom's feet as soon as she walked in! :) Then Dad came in too, and he pet my head and mussed my ears. I bounced around like a toy. I was happy!! :) I am so glad all my hooman friends are home at the same time now -- D.R., Mom and Dad. Everything is good. :)


I was so glad to see Mom and Dad, when they sat down on the couch, I jumped on them. They hugged me and petted my head. I couldn't believe it! They were gone so long. I missed them soooooo much. It made me so happee to see dem, my heart almost asploded with luv. D.R was really glad, too. After that, Mom watched teevee, and Dad went on the compooter for a little bit, and then Dad went to bed; I stayed in the living room, to watch the show wit Mom. Teevee is kinda good sometimes. So is resting on the floor.


So, I'm not going to get to play the "rocket jump and land on D.R.'s foot" game anymore. I think I'm gonna sleep in Mom and Dad's room, because then I can wake up Mom and Dad when it's time to have breakfast. Hooray! :)

My friend D.R. and I had a really neat time this weekend! We got to stay together the whole time, in the house, just like it was a camping trip, only we didn't have a tent. Hee hee. :) U want to know what we did? When D.R. got up on Caturday, she took me for a walk outside. The sun was shining. The birdees were flutterin. I sniffed the lawn and walked for a little bit. Then I turned around and went home. D.R. gived me some food, along with my speshul medicine that makes my legs feel better. I sat on the couch, and D.R. put on the teevee. She watched some neat stuff. The sun was shinin in the window. D.R. opened up the blinds so that I could see outside. Later on, D.R. had a cookie and I got to eat part of it. That was really good! :)


I sleeped for part of the afternoon. D.R. was in her room, and did some other stuff. Then, I went to see her. I jumped on the bed, like a big crazy dog! U should have seen me! I could fly!!!1! :) Wheee. I landed on D.R.'s bed, and we watched teevee together. She hugged me a lot. It was a warm, snuggly time. After that, I just rested for a while, and D.R. read a book. It was good to spend some time together.


Sundae mornin, D.R. went to church. She took me for walkies before she left. Then I went to sleep. When she came back, we went for another walk, and I got to have some food. Then D.R. put on the teevee again. I did another flying jump! Only this time, I kind of landed on D.R.'s leg. Oops. Sry. :) Her foot had a little paw-shaped spot on it. She was okay, though. D.R. showed me the e-book reader that she has! It is like a compooter, only it has books on it. I like it. She says I can borrow it if I want. :)


Okay, that is all for now. Mom and Dad are coming back tomorrow. I will be glad to see them. I hope u has a nice Sundae evenin too. Thank u! Bye bye. :)

Today, I am havin a special big adventure. My Mom and Dad went out on a trip again! :) They went out to see some famlee in Californyee. :) They have to fly in a big speshul airplane. This means that I get to stay home with D.R. Mom and Dad left early in the morning. When I waked up, they were gone, and D.R. was the only person in the house. I jumped up on her bed and sitted there for a while. D.R. was happy, and petted and hugged me. :) I snuggled up with her for a lot of minutes, until I felt like taking a walk. Then we went outside, and I did my usual walkies stuff on the lawn. It was really good. :) After we went home, I had some yummy food, and even taked my medicine like a good goggie. I drinked some water to make it all go to my tummy. Then I rested on the floor in D.R.'s room.


Later on, I think we are going to watch teevee and maybe eat some chikin. I bet we can even see a baseball game, or a movie, and she will scratch my tummy! Hooray! :) I will be happy when Mom and Dad get back, but I like to be with D.R. too. I hope we see lots of fun stuff on our walks. Maybe I will even see other dogs, and get to sniff hello. :)

Wensdee time today :)

O hai, I am Keisha! Thank u for readin mah blog. Today is Wensdee. I am glad u are here. :)


Mah hooman friend D.R. went to an innervoo this morning! :) She had a Sad when she came back, though. She said the innervoo was Not Very Good. Then she drinked a soda-pop. I came up to sniff her, and D.R. pet me on the head. After that, she went to play on the compooter, and I sat down by the couch. Sometimes it is best to take it easy. I think D.R. will get a job soon. U just have to try a lot of times. :)


D.R. went for another innervoo the day before that. She said it was better. It was at a companee that makes really big printer machines. When she was waiting for the hooman to come and speak to her, she got to sit in the front part of the building. There, they had lots of old printer machines, from a long time ago, in the 1800s and stuff. They were fun to look at. D.R. says she wish they still worked, because she would like to press the levers. :) She said if she gets this job, it would all be on compooters. They told her they would call her in a week or two if they make a decision. That's good for me, because the more D.R. has to wait at home, the more we get to sit on the couch and watch movies. Then I get tummy pats, too! :)


It's fall now, which means there are a lot of leaves outside. When I go on walkies with Mom and Dad, I like to sniff all the lawns I see. Sometimes I get to sniff the piles of leaves! Those are fun. D.R. says that when she was little, she used to rake up the leaves on the lawn, and put them in a pile. She even used to jump in the big fluffy pile sometimes. It was fun. I hope I get to do that, too. :)


I am looking forward to Halloween. I wonder if I get to be a big dragon again this year! It was fun last time. I growled a lot. Grrrr! :) I can't breathe real fire. D.R. did give me some candy corn. It was yummy!

I has some good news! :) I went to the v-e-t today, and I got a check-up, which means they looked at all the parts of my body and stuff, and said they were working A-okay. I am healthy! :) My medicine that I have is workin really good. I think all the w-u-r-m-s leaved my body. Hooray! :)


When I got home, I sat down on the floor by the kitchen, and went to sleeps. Then, D.R. came back from church and errands and stuff, and she had a sammich. I sat next to her and watched her eat a little, but I guess I was tired from the morning, because I went right to sleep. D.R. said she liked my snoring, so that's okay. :) When I got up, there was no more sammich, but that was all right. Dere's always another time. :) I went inside to nap with my Dad.


The weather is gettin a little breezy around here. My hoomans like it, and I do too, because I get to go for walkies. :) U get to see all the pretty leaves going shake shake shake on the trees. There are also decorations for Halloween. My hoomans say I can't have any chocolate. (Please remember, that is true for all critters. Chocolate is only for hoomans. Thank u.) Maybe if they have some cupcakes, I can have a tiny bit of the fluffy yellow cake part, plain with no chocolate. :) Mmmm, tasty!


I went into D.R.'s room yesterday, and she gived me plenty of hugs and pettins. :) Also, when D.R. and Mom were watchin teevee, I went to sit next to them, and they both pet me. Dat made me feel super good. :) I got to play a lot with my Dad, too, when he was tryin to fix a compooter. He had an older one that got broked and didn't work. So he took a scroodriver and started workin around with the parts and stuff. Then he put them back together. It took him a long time, so I played "let's hunt Dad's feet." It is a good game. I didn't eat them, I just walked back and forth under the table, and tapped his feet with my nose. Then I went to sit down.

I am having a good week. On Wensdee, I did a lot of stuff. I got to go for walkies with my Dad! We went outside, and I got to see the pretty sunshine, and butterflies and lizards and stuff. I chased the lizards. It was a fun game. :) When I got home, D.R. watched baseball on the teevee, and Dad played games on his compooter. D.R. also read a book and listened to some music. I stretched out and thought about stuff. It's good to sit and lie down. That way, you can relax. :)


I had a little ouchie in my back for a while. Mom got really worried. She gived me my medicine, and I got better. We were watching "House Hunters," where nice people try to pick a house that they like. I always hope they pick one with a big yard, because I would like to run in the yard, if I lived there. Anyhoo, I rested after I took my pill, and then I snored a little. D.R. said so. She told me she likes doggie snores a lot. :) That makes me smile. :)


I am going to have an advenchur this weekend! Mom and Dad are going on a special trip. They are going to a wedding in San Diego. That means D.R. and I get to stay in the house all by ourselves, like a big camping trip. We can eat pizza and watch movies! :) D.R. says I can sleep on the couch, in my new blue bed, or anywhere I like. It will be good. :) I can't wait to watch baseball on the big teevee set.


Yesterday, I walked into D.R.'s room before I went to sleep. She gived me a big hug and some cuddles. It made me feel good! :) When we were watching teevee, she pet my tummy for ten minutes in a row. That's a lot! I was so warm and happy, I smiled a big, happy grin. Ahhhh.
